Retreats
Food can be very transformational, and it can be more than just about a dish. That’s what happened to me when I first went to France. I fell in love. And if you fall in love, well, then everything is easy
Alice Waters
This retreat will be a culmination of two of my great loves. Cooking and connection. What is beautiful meal if not enjoyed in the company of others? In one of the most iconic cities that celebrates cuisine and the art of taking the time to enjoy a meal.
Over the course of 5 nights and 6 days we will explore the glorious markets, picnic by the Eiffel tower, enjoy a coffee and people watching at a famous cafe, eat at a top rated vegetarian restaurant and I will teach you how to make classic French dishes in a delicious yet healthier, more plant friendly way.
Our days will begin with meditation, breath and light movement. Light breakfast and then off to explore. Some days that could mean a trip to Sacre Coeur or a bike ride. Or off on your own to explore an art gallery, shop or sit in a park. There will be lots of time and space given to explore on your own or join the group.
We will be staying in an adorable loft in the 10th arrondisment. Near the St Canal St Martin, Centre Georges Pompidou, Picasso Museum and lots of yummy brasseries, shops and cafes.
This retreat is about indulging the senses and joy. Travel, food, art, history, fashion. French Fries. This city is what its all about.
Breakfasts and dinners in will be included*
HOME Retreat
November 8-11th 2024
If this body is this one vessel for this lifetime, how do we connect to our body? What does it mean to be at home? How do we create a home inside and out? Home is our sanctuary. Through movement, nourishing food, healing conversations, questions, laughter and sharing we will investigate how we can get closer to ourselves and that feeling of refuge.
Set in beautiful Whistler BC (my home!) this 4 day and 3 night retreat will be a place for you to rest and relax. Tap into new rituals and connections. Explore what it means to be at home. In your body, in your physical environment. To nourish yourself. We will be sharing in words, movement, nature and laughter.
“Home isn’t where you’re from, it’s where you find light when all grows dark.”
Pierce Brown
Re·ceive Retreat
This retreat was created because I believe that when we are open to what we have been given, what we have asked for and even sometimes things we did not ask for, we will find meaning and deeper connection to ourselves and others. Being in receivership and giving are mutually fulfilling and lead some of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences in life. Sharing stories. Hearing about another persons similar experience. Offering something you feel will benefit another. This is the nourishment of life and being a human being. When we give we are souls are fed and when we feed others we are rich.
This will be a weekend where you are taken care of. Where you will be able to relax, release and receive.

Navigating Change Retreat

Change can be a fierce teacher. It shows up unannounced with lessons that we often cannot see until time has passed. It can be uncomfortable, scary, exciting and really, really hard. The unknown shakes us. We need to be heard. We need to speak to the fear. People who listen and let us be whatever we are in the moment.
