Begin your day with the powerful techniques of pranayama (the practice of breath regulation) with different ways to manage anxiety and stress, health, lung capacity, energy and fatigue. Throughout these 14 days we will breathe together for 30 minutes each day and learn to tap into your life force and feel the difference in your body and mind.
