This 5 week series will focus on a different theme each week in order to help you better manage your energy, focus and feelings.

Week Two: Focus and Feeling
Week Three: Stuck and Sticky Energy
Week Four: Strength and Stamina
Week Five: Calm and Presence
Each class will be one hour long from 6amPST to 7amPST. They will be recorded on zoom and then available to watch all week for self practice.
