Movement & Breath for Detoxification and Health - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga Challenge
Begins Tuesday August 6th @ 6am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be practicing a kriya that specifically targets the lymphatic system. Our lymphatic system is otherwise known as our “Guardians of Health” in that they are essential in keeping us healthy. They are a vital part of your immune system and prevent disease and infection. They also need to be moved and stimulated through specific excercises.
This kriya is suitable for pregnant humans and people of all ages. It is fun, quick paced and available to most.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:00am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
