In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be moving through a kriya to help us tap into and develop our intuition.

Through breath, movement, mantra and meditation we will work with out bodies and mind to gain greater understanding of who we are and how we learn and grow.

A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:

Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
