Brain Power - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey
Begins Monday February 12th 2024 at 6:15am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will be moving through a kriya to help rewire thought patters, challenge beliefs and automatic responses and help with our memory and clarity.
Through breath, movement, mantra and meditation we will work with out bodies and mind to gain greater understanding of who we are and how we learn and grow.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
