Creativity - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey
Begins Monday January 8 2024 at 6:15am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we explore creativity.
We are all creative beings and tapping into our unique expression and imagination lets us birth new ideas, feelings and a type of passionate energy that drives us to be in wonder and move towards the unknown with a sense of childlike wonder and excitement. Creativity can be the way you cook a meal. The way you interact with your children. How you move your body and dress yourself. Creativity is an expression that can infused to all areas of our life from approaching a conversation to starting a new job to journaling. Lets embody this way of being by starting our mornings together.
Through breath, movement, mantra and meditation we will call in that we wish to create and manifest.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
