Compassion - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey
Begins Monday November 6 2024 at 6:15am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we explore compassion. With ourselves and others.
In these times we may find it very challenging to understand and extend compassion to other beings whose beliefs and opinions we don’t understand. When we work with our own judgements, unworthiness and criticism we soften and learn to connect and be more empathetic to those that may trigger us.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
