Truth - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey

In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will move through a powerful Kriya to connect with your truth and authenticity.
This kriya will help connect you to your voice. We work on using the 5th chakra and 1st chakra to align with our truth. Tuning into what feels right in your heart to better communicate what feels honest and genuine.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
