Balancing the Head and Heart - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey
Begins Tuesday August 1st at 6:15am PST (30 minute class)
In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will move through a powerful Kriya to balance the head and heart.
This kriya brings a balance between logic and feeling, between ideas and the “fire” to put them into action, between an overly intellectual mind and overly sensitive emotions. It aligns the head and heart so you can be great and graceful, aware and loving.
A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
30 minutes of breath, movement, music and meditation
Community and connection
