Peace - A 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Journey

In this 30 Day Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series we will explore what peace means.
From what is going on in the world to the relationships we have with our co-workers, neighbours, friends and loved ones. Looking inside at our inner world and mind to cultivate compassion and kindness for our outer world. Why is it so hard to offer compassion and tenderness when it comes ourselves? Where and what are we battling within?

A sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is one of the most grounding and nourishing things we can do for ourselves, especially when the rest of our schedule can be unpredictable. What’s included:
Daily sessions live on zoom at 6:15am PST (sessions recorded to watch if you cannot attend)
